Start here

You may have found your way here because something doesn’t feel right.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or caught in patterns that keep repeating — in your thoughts, your emotions, or your relationships.

Therapy offers a space to slow things down and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface.

I offer in-depth, relational psychotherapy to help you make sense of your experiences, feel more in control, and create lasting change.

About my work

I am an integrative psychotherapist and psychodramatist with over 15 years of clinical experience across NHS, forensic, community and private settings.

My work is relational and depth-oriented. I draw on psychodynamic thinking, attachment-informed approaches, and psychodramatic methods where helpful — supporting change that goes beyond insight alone.

I offer a thoughtful, professional space where you can explore difficulties safely, understand yourself more clearly, and begin to move forward in a different way.

You may be struggling with

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or constant pressure
  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or exhausted
  • Low self-worth or self-doubt
  • Difficulties in relationships or repeating patterns
  • The impact of past experiences or trauma
  • Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure how to move forward

Often, the difficulty is not just the problem itself, but the deeper pattern beneath it.

Therapy can help you understand these patterns and begin to change them.

How therapy can help

Therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what is happening in your life.

Together, we can look at your thoughts, emotions, relationships and experiences, helping you understand what may be driving your difficulties.

The aim is not only relief, but lasting change — a deeper understanding of yourself and a different way of being.

Take the next step

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.
